Horrible customer service - I was buying 7 cases beers . The cashier irvea I guess still scanning the items and my wife called me and cashier telling me why I’m using my phone . Am I not paying the amount ? That’s should not her concern if I use my phone over call. I told loive I guess customers service and he just smiled over me. Looks like whole staff is taken customers for granted or they are racist. Bad experience all I can say I’m a regular customer of Lcbo but from now I will go other place to buy it. Timing 10.35 to 10.45 am - 23rd may

Used to live in the area and walked many times for dinners. Whether pizza or veal, all was great. But for take out pizza, always in the top three, as I do not live in the area anymore. Either in the area or just passing by I still get the pizza for the day of or for in the future, as it freezes and retains it's taste. Been a patron for 36 years and will continue to be one.
