Businesses need priority, morning deliveries and on time not half our shippment. Service is terrible and for some reason It's nobody's problem.

Really frustrating company to receive packages from. Changed my address on a package I paid hundreds for and dropped it at some loading dock in Brampton. With no address that I can find. Getting a human on the phone is equally frustrating.

How is it my package delayed at customs? when it was out for delivery this morning and it’s going from Toronto to napanee?? What a joke
