I wanted to take a moment to show our gratitude towards Janet from the Belleville location. Tonight I needed to purchase various items for my co-op uniform. Janet was in the work boot area and offered her assistance. Janet was knowledgeable in the style of boot that I needed and found a pair that I actually liked. Next Janet took us over to the clothing department, not her department, and proceeded to find me clothes that I needed and actually liked. She was also helpful in finding us the best deal in the store and quality products. Janet went above and beyond what we expected for our assistance. Without her I would not have what I have now and our night would have been successful without her.

Generally I prefer this store to the Trenton location, even willing to drive to Belleville. But the past couple of trips there has been a noticeable decline in the set up, cleanliness and general feel of the store.The store has sales on but each time I go to grab an item, it is full of non sale items. Pants, shirts everything. And the displays are a mess. I do understand that customers are like hyenas when sales are on but my last trip was noon on a Thursday. Very disappointed and now I prefer ordering online. Which is a shame as I do like and prefer trying things on at the store but it is becoming to frustrsting- Belleville store is a mess and Trenton never has stock.
