“We purchased an Elran sectional earlier this year and just took delivery of a new Serta mattress and power base - we are repeat customer for a reason- We shopped around for both of these items and found the fairest prices at Master bedroom- both sales reps Chris and James (Bond) were excellent and were not at all pushy but more interested in our thoughts and concerns with the products we purchased - and it did not stop there - the delivery experience was excellent - in both cases Chris and his delivery partner were the best we have ever experienced = both of these gentlemen were extremely professional and took the extra care and time to do the delivery right- everything was reviewed by the delivery persons to our satisfaction - you could really tell they cared about customer satisfaction and service - job well done all around”
