It was a boiling hot day, I called CAA as my car wouldn't start. Told to wait an hour. Then after 5 mins James from Art McCaffeys Towing called to say he was coming by to help me. James is genuine, 'uber' helpful guy. Sort the issue out within minutes. His attitude is exemplary. With gratitude. C Falkner

Contacted CAA to get my car towed to get fixed. Wasn't sure how long to expect, but Brad arrived in incredible time! Friendliest guy ever! Your staff are superstars, and made the experience so easy! Thank you Brad!

Got stuck in mud at a new housing development
Called CAA
They sub contracted out to mccaffreys
Guy called Joe arrived
Wasn’t very interested in helping as it was so muddy
Reluctantly he pulled his chain over to our vehicle
It was short by a few metres
He claimed he couldn’t add another chain to make it stretch as CAA didn’t allow it
He could do it If we paid to do it privately it was $400 per hour plus tax …so $600
What an unhelpful attitude!!!
He left my wife and I (both pensioners) completely stranded

Provided a heavy tow very quickly at a decent price. They correctly diagnosed my issue (damaged negative cable) where another shop changed my fuse box which resulted in several non starts and major headaches. I will take my cube truck here from now on.

Awesome place to take your vehicle if you need any work done. Kevin is a great mechanic, and if you need to book an appointment, Mike is your guy. Very friendly service and very reasonable. Won't break the bank.
