“I learned to cook and enjoy brisket recently. I have a small oven and a medium/small roasting pan. Asked for a brisket and the gentleman asked what size to cut it to. His eye was better than my guess, as it was slightly smaller than I indicated but it's a perfect fit for my roasting pan. Looking forward to going back for more brisket in the future as it was very fairly priced and it's a little easier to deal with portions that fit my cookware.”
