“I wanted to give a Shout out to Andrew who was incredibly helpful. I was having a billing issue and have tried talking to Rogers supports online, as well as tried numerous times to get a hold of someone via phone with no luck. Andrew was able to give me answers and gave me an excellent tip to get to someone faster and it worked!!! After speaking to him, using his advice for the rogers phone system, my issue was cleared up pretty quickly, and I had been trying to talk to someone for 2 weeks. Thank you Andrew!!!”
