Recently took our Shitz tsu puppy to be bathed, nails trimmed , and trim around eyes and bottom. Booked with Ren as she did a wonderful job on 2 previous occasions. Ren was running late so we dropped off our pup and told them to wait for Ren . They DID NOT WAIT. Instead another groomer took it upon herself to bath our pup , but instead of trimming her eyes and bottom she totally shaved our pups body, without asking us. When we called and complained to the manager she lied and said we didn't book Ren and our pup was full of knots, which wasn't true. Also we normally paid $ 28 for what was done but this time the bill was $ 71.
We called Head Office and an investigation was launched. We will NEVER take our pup back to Petsmart Belleville because we cannot trust that Ren would be her groomer as booked. And the fact that their manager lied shows what kind of service it is. If you want you furbaby groomed as you ask don't go to Belleville Petsmart.

First time ever went in store yesterday and the girl seemed very rude,not like petsmart employee's to act like this, usually there friendly and super nice.

I stop by here occasionally when I’m passing through to Kingston , every single time I’ve had an unpleasant staff interaction in the fish department. It’s never been the same person. I don’t know if it is hard to get good people with knowledge to work there- maybe the pay is bad? And staff aren’t motivated- I have no idea. The man that helped me get my fish this past weekend looked like he hated every second he was there. He did help get the fish I picked out and bagged them up and sent me on my way. But I truly felt like I was bothering him.
Having worked in the fish department at PetSmart myself- I know exactly what it is like to work his position and what good customer service PetSmart strives for. This was not it. Every other PetSmart I have visited has been a very pleasant visit, this PetSmart need to help their staff more and get them happier or something!?

We had few times hair cut for our puppy at Petsmart. At very beginning, the service was ok, then each time, if we booked at 3:00, our puppy will get hair cut at 4:00 or 4:30, we were told, we need to expect to the time is 3-4 hours because there are the other dogs booked at the same time, I made a call to discuss this, the booking system doesn't work if you take few dogs at the same time, if it takes 2 hours for 2 dogs, why you couldn't book 1 dog for 1 hour, it is the same logic, if you cut the hair at 4:00, we can book at 4:00 not 3:00, so we don't have to wait for few hours. I was told they need to get more bookings so they can earn more money, if I don't want to wait, I need to pay extra $20.00. Then I was blocked to book an appointment online. I understand you need to earn more money, but put the puppy in the cage for a hour or two hours doesn't look right, it can work a better way to organize the booking system. Assume if you go to a hair cut, your booking is at 3:00, then you need to wait one or one and half hours, how do you feel? Otherwise, why you need to book an appointment?

Lots of products, love going there, but when there is a sale 12 for $10.99 , I want the cashier to note that to me, but she didn't. I was a little down with something and was rushing out. I still wouldn't mind getting 2 more, but I realized when I read the e-receipt at home.

BOUGHT 3 FANCY GOLD FISH FROM THERE APROX 2 WEEKS AGO, THEY HAD ICH 2 DIED AND HAD TO TREAT MY WHOLE AQUARIUM CAUSE I DIDNT QUARANTEEN. WENT BACK YESTERDAY AND THE FISH DEF HAVE NOTICABLE ICH. PLEASE TREAT YOUR FISH BETTER

Wonderful, caring and experienced staff. It is always a pleasure to shop here. Staff are approachable and are eager to assist. They carry just about everything, sometimes the price is higher than I like but unfortunately the product was needed and available.

If you want assistance with fish don’t expect to get help from the staff that work in this department. Staff member walked right by me looked at me and then turned and went the other way. Don’t want to make money fine, I won’t shop here.
