“Steve, amazing guy, made my life so mich easier.Amazing customer service, I wanted to return 2 car vipers to Amzon but wasn’t sure of packing them. So visited this UPS store to get some ideas. Steve clearly explained how it should be done and how the label should be displayed properly and all. I was about to go back home with that information but Steve went ahead and helped pack thongs properly even though it was not his responsibility, but he did that purely out of his professionalism even though it was a super busy time during the holiday season.
