I can't stress my gratitude for Tom enough. Long day at work just arrived from Bancroft and locked my keys in my car in -10 weather and inches of snow. Tom was very personable and arrived in minutes! I am writing this review in order to compliment the men and women who make up this amazing company . The owner and his family and crew are so easy to work with when times are tough. Todd is a 100 % real kind spoken person to deal with. Very understanding. He is the kind of fellow that in times of despair he would give you the shirt off his back. Todd and is crew are old school when it comes to business. Way to go team Quinte!!!!

I booked a tow for 10am, showed up 15 min early to be here for when they showed up. At 1010 I gave them a call and they said the were close. At 1030 I called again to tell them not to bother after wasting 45 minutes of my time. I know things can take longer than expected but it'd be nice if businesses would call their customers and let then know they will be 30-45 minutes late. I'd have called them if I would have been late. Just poor customer service, can't speak to the actual towing service as we never got that far.Service: Car towing
