I have been working with Debbie and Carrie in the past few months as I am moving over TFSA term deposits from another financial institution as they mature. Both ladies are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the products and services.Most recently I was in the branch on a Saturday to deposit a cheque and withdraw some cash. The young blonde lady who served me was very quick to answer questions about my chequeing account, to include transaction limits etc. She told me that she was just filling in from the Trenton branch. I neglected to get her name, however she was very helpful.

Went to change 2 100$ bills for change of 5$ and 10$ bills for my boss at the business across the street. They told me they aren't allowed to do that because I didn't have an account. I'm curious if a person wanted to break change where would they go but the bank? I guess they don't do anything that doesn't make them money anymore. Its a sad sad world we live in.

It's a bank.... Need I say more. It's clean. It's accessible. I'm happy with the service I get there although I don't deal much with them in person.

I'm 86 years young with little computer skills. The young male teller on THursday was a delight to work with. So kind and understanding' He was able to do my payment with Bell in zip time' It took Bell and this old girl hours and hours to have the paperwork to pay the account. I predict that young man's future is in management.I came away smiling.Thank you, that experience made my day.

Plz plz plz use other bank instead of RBC to open your account , the reason if we call for any information or issue related our account they always transfer your call from one employee to other ,taking too much time and put call on hold and at the last they say you have to come at bank we can’t proceed in call…….. and so on …….

The bank is an impersonal place to go. No one seems to be doing much, but they won't see you without an appointment.RBC's automated is terrible. I was hung up on too many times, and I'm closing my account with them and taking my business elsewhere.Banks need to hire more people and stop using machines.Banks are some of the worst of big business.

I'm not an RBC customer, so I was anxious about having to deal with them about my late sister's account; I thought they might make all kinds of difficulties. But Carly Henderson was wonderful: efficient, cheerful and kind. She did everything necessary, answered all our questions, and effortlessly resolved a related problem. Thank you, Carly!

I just went into this branch to ask them to please send out an envelope another RBC dept which I have done several times at this location. The form actually says you can drop it off at any RBC location. When I asked a staff member who had just finished with another customer if they could take my envelope, I was told - that all the other clients stamp it and mail it themselves. I said ‘no problem, I’ll wait for aTeller’ then the manager came out and politely took my envelope’ wow learn how to talk to people.

Treat you like you do not matter.Take advantage of seniors and their fears to sell them inappropriate RBC product! Aged 80+ seniors invested in GROWTH funds instead of ideas for investment INCOME.RBC is too big and totally lacking in the personal touch!There are far, FAR BETTER options for banking out there.I recommend that you avoid them at all costs.A big NO to RBC!

I have a sime question to ask. The answer should be online but isn't. So calling is a nightmare. Listening to endless prompts and then endless wait time with endless looping messages. He'll NO. great customer service. NOT. YOU GO TO A BRANCH AND THEIR ALL ON Cell PHONES. So why are they not answering customer calls

I have been a customer with RBC for about 35 years, possibly longer, with the last 25 years or so specifically with the Belleville branch. The previous years were with a Windsor, Ontario branch. I wish I could remember all the names of the wonderful staff over the years who have helped me in one way or another but one name that truly strands out is Lorrie Maracle. Ms. Maracle is not only highly professional and efficient in what she does, but there is also a level of warmth, depth and empathy which is so refreshing to see. Thank you for all you do.

Feel Very disappointing on having account in this bank. I was trying to get credit card from last 5 months and when I visit branch they say have to be done by customer service and when I call customer service they say we can’t do anything visit the branch .. like seriously and finally when I got credit card they just canceled just because one of their representatives released two…
