Price gouging on essentials. My baby's formula was $13 more than at Shopper's and $15 more than Walmart. I just happened to be in the area and stopped in. I asked about price matching and the clerk said no. I don't know how moms who don't drive in this area can afford to get formula for their babies. Formula is already expensive but $67 for one canister is criminal. I'm not someone to write reviews and I did end up purchasing the formula there but they need to do better.

I typically LOVE this store. Today, in incredible pain, I checked their webpage to see what the hours were...online stated 8-5 so I drove there, ambled my way through the parking lot ONLY to find they changed the hours and did not update their info online. I am NOT pleased. PLEASE keep your information accurate!

We have been getting our medication from them for over 20 years, and they changed owners a few times now.My husband is on 3 Inhalers, and every week he goes through the same issues. Mind you, their not a narcotic, so what the hell is going on.We are thinking about going to Shoppers Drug store and leaving 210 Dundas .As for myself, I have to go to the Hospital again to get to my MED's refilled.I currently bed ridden and have to get to the Hospital and home, and have to get a hold of the Odsp worker to find out if Odsp will pay for me to get home because I need a Patient Transport.We basically are fed up with Rexall.The problems are just to bad.

Took the afternoon off work to attend a COVID-19 booster appointment; when I arrived I was told they ran out or vaccinations a few hours before and that they called to notify people with appointments of cancellations. I never received a call or email to advise to no longer attend. Lost half a day of my wages to attend an appointment that was cancelled on me without any notice. Staff didn’t seem too empathetic of the inconvenience nor offered to re-book appointment. Would highly recommend going elsewhere for vaccinations. Not sure why a place would book appointments but not be able to accommodate the numbers booked unless giving out vacations to people walking in (or knowledge of not being able to accommodate long before appointments and just failing to notify those coming in).

8;58 standing at the door so I can buy water wnd sunscreen for my kids. Another lady standing waiting to get in as well. Ignorant woman comes to the door, unlocks it for the pharmacist and proceeds to lock it again so we can’t get in. Stands there until the minutes goes by and then unlocks it.Will take my business elsewhere forever now. Wickedly poor customer service. If you hate your job that much stay home and let someone else do it.

I have been a customer for almost 20 years and lately I've been calling them every Tuesday morning to get them to deliver the meds by 3PM and every week they tell me that t tut meds will be here before 3 pm . But it doesn't arrive beforeI have somewhere to go, and my wife is paralyzed by a stroke and she can't walk. Is it so hard to show up before 3PM when the driver starts 11AM

i have many health conditions. so im there quite often. i had issues with shoppers and the juice given in my meds made me sick. so i had to buy a bottle of juice or three or four what ever it took to fill them in store. ( could not buy anywhere but int he shoppers location) on odsp it was to much money i could not afford it. but since going here at 210 dundas street in belleville the staff have been amazing. even through this covid 19 stuff they have been there had the meds i require to live. and i dont get sick from the juice the provide with my meds. and being in very immune compromised they have been fantastic. thinking of painting them a painting this spring when im able to. ( not always something i can do but i love doing it) to show my appreciation for them.
