I came at 7:52pm but they were closed before time i asked crew person they said it is closed i just want to buy 2 items and they denied.

I like this rexall for 2 reasons. The employees don't chase you down to offer help, which frequently makes me uncomfortable in stores and when you do need help, they are great.
My only complaint cashiers are always on their phones when I walk in, talking or texting. I just had a cashier loudly talking on the phone and socializing today and it made me feel like I was interrupting them when they were supposed to be doing their job anyway! I would have gone through self checkout if it wasn't out of order, it's just very unprofessional for cashier's to be on their phones during their shift, clearly for non emergencies and socialization.

Went to this Rexall to get cold and flue medicine for my wife, and Sammie helped me find it. She was very courteous and professional, and she makes me want to come back to this Rexall again. Thanks Sammie!

HIRE NEW PHARMACY STAFF!!
LONETTE (LORETTE) IS JUST A MISERABLE HUMANBEING! SHE SHOULD NEVER WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED OVER 10MIN FOR HER JUST TO BE RIGHT RUDE, ALL WHILE LOOKING AT ME WITH A DISGUSTED THE WHOLE TIME LIKE I WAS AN INTERUPTION. NOT TO MENTION MY PRESCRIPTION WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 20MG, AND YOU GAVE ME 40MG. GOOD THING IT WAS ONLY FOR ACID, BUT THIS COULD HAVE COSTED YOU A LOT MORE LET ME TELL YOU!
SHAME!!! FIRE LONETTE AND PHARMACY GUY...USELESS

Not recommended for “healthy options”. No alternatives to dairy sold here. Food shelves/snack shelf loaded with sugary items. For a health store you need to do better!

I live approximately 2 minutes from Rexal. I went to pick up one medication that was ready for pick up. They phoned on Thursday 5 minutes before they closed. It’s Sunday I go to pick up and I wait for the pharmacist five minutes go by I asked if it was ready. He said not quite. I said there were meds ordered this morning I’m not here for that. He doesn’t listen and continue to fill an order I said I didn’t need today. 30 minutes later he comes to the counter showing me a big bottle of pills and starts explaining stuff to me about my husband’s pills I said I don’t know what your talking about. I explained again I am here to pick up one medication. He put the other bag of pills aside and charged me for them. I said are those his pills he ordered this morning are they ready?? I said I am here now. Have waited so I will take them now. Anyway this pharmacy has been a nightmare every time. We are taking our business elsewhere. Never again Rexal. Not impressed ????

When we go shopping in person it's usually because we would like customer service, not only that employees are paid to process transactions, stock shelves, and customer service. Today I experienced no such service.I came into the store around 1030am today looking for a rack of toys they had up yesterday, when I asked the employee (who was polite and kind) if she knew where it was she informed me the floors were waxed the night previous so the racks were in the back. When I requested if I could get some of the toys she told me, "it's buried in the back and I don't feel like digging back there". I was under the impression that this is why employees are paid. Furthermore, when I asked the question there were at least 4 employees one at cash, one makeup and two doing stock, she was doing stock. Issue there is they were just chit chatting away... So to be clear, it is a priority to stock items that are already on the floor which you can sell already, then it is to help a customer get what they requested... All on one display rack to be clear.Long story short, this is not a place to bring your patronage, they will serve you at THEIR CONVENIENCE, although they are paid to serve the customers.I would recommend all stay away from this business as they are in the business of selecting when they want to provide said service!

I really don’t recommend going to this location. If I could have given half a star or less, I would have. First off, most of the time when I try to go there, I’m just trying to pick up some small grocery stuff, most of the time, milk. And I get turned away at the door more often than not because “the pharmacist isn’t in”. Seriously, I have been turned away more that I have been in the store. Does a pharmacist actually work there at all? Because I don’t believe one actually does. I also find the front end staff incredibly rude. I find you can’t even ask them a question. They answer you with an attitude and act completely offended, just because you had to ask a question. Eg. I asked the girl at the cash if they sold garbage tags, the girl responded “*gigantic gasp*, nnnnoooo!!!”. I highly recommend going to any other pharmacy in town with the except of this one and Kelly’s. Both locations have incredible rude staff. Never going to this location again. Been turned away too many times, the store hours are unreliable

Oh my goodness the staff there was so nice and helpful! Store was also meticulously tidy, stocked and fronted. A very calm atmosphere in there. Pharmacist gave me wonderful quick advice about what I was buying.
