Arrived at the store 15 minutes prior to closing. staff were more concerned about closing the store than making a sale! we knew what we wanted but were extremely unhelpful- so we walked out.

I placed an online order on July 3rd within 3 hours I received a total of 3 emails from Roots updating me on my order including that the order was shipped with an expected delivery date of July 5thNot only is the quality of the clothing exceptional but the service is also beyond excellentUse to be a Hilfiger fan but that's changed:)

My two star ???? rating is because I had tried buying an "Emily Tribe Bag" and a "Tribe Clutch"four times online.Each Time it took my order, confirmed the order only to have it canceled four times two days later.I went into the store to try and find it and a store associate told me they have never carried it in their store.I could have told them my partner has specifically showed me the Emily Bag in the store but the look on the associates face told me I would be wasting my breath.Today I was in The Quinte Mall and as I was walking by I and saw one sitting in their display.So while I know my partner will get the bag she loved I am not happy with their online store nor the previous encounter in the store.
