The staff was helpful. When they ran late for the appointment they communicated that to me, apologised and were helpful throughout. Unlike other banks they were completely transparent. Their scene+ points cards are really a saviour for someone who wants a little extra help.

Excellent customer service, willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Mike went ahead and helped us accomplish our goal even though it went past regular bank hours on a Friday.
