First time here in a long time, and last time here. Came late at night. Feel treated like a criminal. They lock the doors and uses a double door security door for transactions. Can't go in and buy stuff. They are too afraid.

Is this gass station not supposed to be 24 hours?? I see this guy inside standing in counter watching me trying to open a locked door, doesn't say anything to me or do anything to help, but both doors were locked at 1 am, when I tried to get his help he avoided eye contact and didn't look at me, maybe I'm wrong and the inside isn't 24 hours, maybe it's only the pumps, but it sounds wierd to me

Damage from car wash: went through in my truck, the left side seemed/sounded like it was brushing the car pretty hard so I immediately check after exiting. Sure enough, large, deep scratch down both driver side doors.
I informed the employee and she said this has happened before but usually the scratches are black. Great. Spoke with management and they claimed it is not possible the scratches occurred here. I bought this truck 2 weeks ago and have inspected it meticulously, I am certain the scratches occurred from the wash.
Regardless I would never wash a vehicle here again.

Horrible! Coffee is stirred with a the same spoon that they use for every one! I'm a disabled customer. I have trouble walking because I have Huntingtons Disease and I am also recovering from a broken knee cap.My walk to Timmy's is approximately about mile every day back and forth. It should go without saying that, you look forward to a large triple triple fresh and hot! I cannot afford anything else because I am on disability! I'm so freaking depressed and disappointed with this franchise so bad that this morning I was told to leave after walking back to the store for the 3rd time for a large double cream ,double sweetener and a large triple,triple! Pretty easy order to put together, you would think! I could not figure out how to complain about the store without getting myself in trouble because I am in a nursing home in Belleville Ontario Canada. They threatened to call the cops, after I had to go back for a 3rd time to get another order because they couldn't get it rightThanks again Timmy's for banning me from the store this morning. Unfortunately it is the only franchise available for my walk, every other day! They use a dirty spoon in every coffee, which makes the coffee cold. I told them that it was a health and safety issue and resolving it would be less embarrassing for everyone!I'm so embarrassed about this simple thing that it's made vomit! I'm a regular customer who visits the store every other day m,or every day at one time or another. I happen to think that Timmy's is awesome, but I'm really not impressed with your company right now! They made me walk back and fortrom the store so freezing cold that I thought I had frostbite! There is no other place to get my coffee m or complain the right way.

We had a carwash today 28 Jan at 6pm and upon exit in the carwash shop we noticed that our rear wiper was missing, we immediately notified the sales attendant if she could check to see our missing wiper. She refused and advised that she can only check at 10:30 pm after her endorsement and she will call us. But its about 11:47pm we didn’t receive a call so we called them ourselves.Only to find out that our request was never endorsed and no action was taken.The person whom I talk to,cut off the line with me and I tried to call back to ask for the name of the person but she’s trying changed the topic.Customer service is awful on the shop with no care whatsoever with their customer.

BEWARE when paying through the SHELL APP at this gas station. I've been going to this gas station for over a year and always pay through the shell app. Today I filled up my car and used the shell app to pay just like always but for some reason their app didn't charge my credit card and 4 hours after I went home the police came to my house and said that I didn't pay for the gas . I went back to the gas station right away and talked to the cashier about what happened. I explained to her that there was something wrong with their app and she called the manager. They talked for about 5 minutes in a foreign language and when the phonecall ended she just asked me " How would you like to pay ?" They made me feel like a thief by sending the police to my house and didn't even apologize about it when I already paid but their app failed to charge my card . I also had to waste gas to drive all the way back to the gas station to solve this matter . I will avoid going to this gas station.

The car wash here is closed 90% of the time . I have a monthly car wash card but when ever the car needs a car wash after a bad snow or it’s too dirty the car wash is closed . I will not be renewing my card again. I think it’s better they shut down the car wash as it’s of no use to customers when they need it. Very bad service .
