I purchased a pair of boots at the Belleville SoftMoc location. The customer Service was Amazing!The store was packed and the manager noelle came right over to assist me while the other employees were helping assist other shoppers.The store manager was fast, professional and friendly.I will definitely be a returning customer5 star rating.

I would not buy anything at the store at Quinte Mall, unless you know 100% that it fits. I bought a pair of running shoes and wore them in the house and realized one foot was sore from the shoe. I took them back and the manager told me I had been wearing them outside! I definitely did not wear them outside and my floors are clean at home. I was shocked I was basically being called a liar ..manager has no people skills at all and was very rude! I couldn't exchange or get a refund. I got ahold of customer service and they told me to try to return them at another store, which would be Kingston, but that notes I had wore them outside would be attached to my name, so I didn't bother. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I would give no star for this place due to customer service we received there Friday night and her name was Noelle and sad enough she is the store manager. My daughter had a coupon to use from someone we know who works at Softmoc and the coupon is for family/friends. We asked her first if we could use it and then she started asking 20 questions of where we got it, who we got it from, the name of the person, where they worked and and made us feel like being interrogated. She gave us attitude and very ignorant with us about a coupon not professional at all with us as customers and made us feel very uncomfortable. We asked her one question and she asked us 20. My daughter decided to leave the shoes and walked out. Will never ever go in there again to purchase nothing. Worst customer service I have every received from a store.

Very bad customer service at the location in Belleville Quinte mall. My mom ordered a pair of shoes online and they didn’t fit so we went to the in-store location to return them and see if she could find another pair there. The woman working the counter refused to do a return on them and asked if my mom had worn them, my mom said no that she only tried them on and they were too small. The employee said “They have sweat stains, the soles are falling out and are dirty” even though my mom only tried them on in our kitchen and when she felt they didn’t fit she put them back in the box and the soles are removable. The woman working the counter said “they are in terrible condition and aren’t resellable so you can’t return them” even though they were only tried on and are brand new. She was very loud and rude and other customers in the store were staring at us. We felt like she was purposefully making a scene and trying to embarrass us. My mom asked for the employee’s name so she could file a complaint and she wouldn’t give it to us. Won’t be coming here again.

I’m sharing this only due to reasons that I did not receive good service on May 1/2023. I asked for a size 37 Ugg slippers, which the lady mentioned the size was a 7. Which in my mind is not. 6-6.5. They were not for myself and I knew what size i needed in European sizing. Well the argument over what I wanted to purchase was brought to a halt because I didn’t know my sizing according to the sales lady. I wanted a 37. Was told I needed a 36, to small. Maybe a 38 which is to big. Soi decided to show her on the tag, 36/5. I needed a37. Well after her showing me the sizing on her computer screen. She told me to have a nice day! Your joking. So as someone who frequently buys here, I will never shop again in your store. I felt belittled that I didn’t know my size when in-fact I do! Good luck

Soft moc has always been my go to shoe store . Sandals , boots , dress shoes & kids shoes . Not happy with the customer service I have received with my recent purchase . Normally when I order I have my items delivered to me . This time I selected the pick up at store location . 1 of the 4 items were ready for pick up . Called store to confirm as I received notification that 1 of the 4 items was ready for pick up . Was advised by whoever answered the phone “we have nothing here for you “ . Next morning received a soft moc email advising me the same item was ready to be picked up . Went to pick up that item & was greeted by “ I told you I have none of your items here” . Advised the lady that I have a confirmation email stating 1 of the 4 items was ready . Not even let me check . Her colleague was very polite & double checked . Long behold the item was there . I understand working in customer service can be demanding & long . But a simple I will double check for that one item since you received the confirmation that it was here not once but twice would have went a long way .

Store manager Noelle@softmoc Belleville was horrific. Walking into the store we overheard her telling an older lady that she was wasn’t going to spend all day looking for a match to a shoe from the display. We attempted to return Uggs bought at Christmas. Receipt indicated 75 day for return but Noelle firmly believed it was 30 days. So much that she threatened to call security when questioned about the 75 days indicated on the receipt. her only answer when asked about the 75 days was for us to leave the store and call customer service. She then proceeded to get very unhinged and unable to conduct herself in a professional manner-cursing under her breath. She went to the back and we stayed in the store to call the number she provided only to be told yes we had 75 days. Noelle approached us after she took her time out and told us she spoke with cs and it is 75 days and as she said, “let’s do that return and get you on your way”. Not once offering any apology for treating us like complete garbage. We have since found out we were one of several customers that had the displeasure of dealing with Noelle. Soft moc- please send a mystery shopper to investigate.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff, they were so helpful and patient with my fussy toddler. They made dreaded shoe shopping into a positive experience that made our day! To the manager, I appreciate your helpfulness and kudos to you and your team!!

Had the worst customer service experience this morning. My friend and I were in the store. My friend wanted to get a coverse high top shoe and she was looking at it. This lady staff marched on to us like what's going on staring at us like she havent seen brown people before. My friend politely asked her if its okay for her to try it on and the staff was yelling at her " if you try it on you need to put it back on the display shelf where it was before". There was another customer before us and she was being very nice to them. We didn't wanted to escalate the issue so she put the shoe back and we left without buying anything.This is Canada and its 2023 and its a shame that people like this still exist especially working in customer service.I'd recommend the management to hire staff who are not a racist or or put a sign outside your store saying "White People Only".

They don't have enough employees to help you...you spend quite a bit of time waiting. If you are a woman who's feet are size 11 and up.. good luck with finding any shoes in these sizes.

The staff were terrific at balancing the number of customers, and also with difficult kids - who may or may not be my own kids. ? They were also priced better than nearby competitors. Better service, better price… seemed obvious to me.
