Things may be organized and the store pleasant smelling, but the clothes are atrocious. I know it's a second hand store but didn't see much that looked like it was from this century. Think I'll stick with Value Village.

What a great place! Smells better than most thrift stores, everything is organized, clean and displayed beautifully! We were only in briefly before closing, but we will be back! The staff made themselves present and checked in with us. Clothing was displayed by size then by colour, it was trippy!

My family and I went to this location, and a co-manager followed me and my kids around. We didn’t put a sweater back in the right spot, and he threatened to kick us out of the store over it. He is the man with the long white beard. If you like this kind of shopping experience, feel free. Please, on the account of this, support any other thrift store. I found this experience entirely off-putting, and won’t be supporting this store as a family again.This is the second nasty encounter with a worker we’ve had. I really hope the managers make a decision and deal with this employee. We are extremely unhappy regarding this encounter, and have never been asked to leave a store over something so minuscule and petty.

Hannah is very hardworking. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond at every turn. Without any trouble or questioning she helped a lot , I'd recommend her.

decent selection, relatively good prices. i’ve visited multiple times and every time i’ve gone, there has not been cashiers. the only person ever checking out customers is the person at the customer service desk.

This store places social hierarchy above anything else.The disrespect and gossiping you will experience from working in the back is astounding. There's a core group of very unpleasant people that stick together. They threaten you and outcast you. Don't work here. Glad I left.

Love that this place is clean and roomy. Not overstuffed, cluttered and smelly. Bought a few things from glasses to cookbooks. Will return!

Wouldn't go to this store the prices are ridiculous now . Used to be not to bad a few months ago but for the same shirt at giant tiger for brand new is around the price there Charging at talize now. Not worth the money at all. Will not be returning there due to the price increase on used items

Constantly experiencing poor customer service from the staff. They are incredibly rude and not willing to help. The signs are false advertising and the clothing is marking incorrectly just so the sale signs don't match much of the clothing. Will never be shopping here again. The few times I've been, I've had nothing but rude service. The staff clearly need some retraining in customer service and how to appropriately tag items. The older man at the sales desk today should not be working with customers.

Misleading advertising of promotions - Fathers day sale of Men's Department "All categories" didn't include men's shoes (which I went in for), yet that is not explicitly stated, and contradicts the offer verbiage. Totally clueless manager when asked about it. Emailed Talize and they apologized for the confusion and handled the matter fairly quickly.
