In the midst of poor customer service at UPS, and drivers who dont deliver, i found a man of honor and integrity. I i had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered , and after two claims of " missed delivery", while i was actually home all day on the first attempt, after the third they claim to return your parcel to sender. So being desperate, i went into the teminal at 5 AM on the 3rd day. I met a great guy, whose name is CHRIS. He located my parcel and processed payment and i was on my way. Hes an incredible guy who went above and beyond to help me. ( This terminal is closed for customer pickup ) Thank you Chris !!

Two complete clowns work there that don’t want to do any work. They never answer the phone, don’t want to help you with anything and are always rude. Totally useless. Save yourself The hassle and go somewhere else

I walked in there guns a blazing (so to speak) over what ended up being a problem caused by myself). My package was attempted to be delivered 2 days with no one showing up at my address, to find out I sent the package to an alternate address. Thankfully it was my sons house, so got sorted out fairly quickly. Quick note for the average (like me) Joe. If your package is has a different address than your home, and you can't show id with that address (or bring someone with that id), you won't be able to pick up your package. THIS IS A RULE PUT IN PLACE TO PROTECT CONSUMERS FROM FRAUD. You should be happy they do that, it saves you from getting ripped off. You'll have to cancel your order and get it re-shipped to the right address. I'm adding this review to save people some time and hopefully keep the owners from having to deal with ticked off customers who don't know any better (UPS corporate won't tell you these things). Good job guys and thanks for being patient and so helpful.

I cannot believe the ignorance of the man working on Wednesday, July 10th in-between 2pm-3pm, with glasses and dark hair. Our battery fuse blew unfortunately infront of the store which very obviously wasn't within our control. A very kind passer by stopped and was standing with my wife and five year old while I fixed it, and the guy working came out and started going off, as ignorant as can be, about us not being able to jump in and drive away. He never offered help, just threatened us with the police and yelled at us to leave despite our car needing fixing (which took about five minutes in total.) The wonderful ups delivery guy and the amazing lady ateasyfinancial were kind enough to offer help and reassurance and a place to stay dry in the rain while he continued harass and and escalate an already frustrating situation. He scared my wife and child and acted like a complete psychopath. Never in my life have we seen such disgusting behavior, and hope Noone else's car breaks down infront of there so you don't have to experience what we went through.

This is the worst delivery service I've ever seen, They call me and tell me I can pick my package up by 730 so I show up at 705 and the store is closed And I can't pick my package up for another 4 days, They re deliver my package after the 4 days but don't buzz my buzzer to let me know they are there And then said package is undeliverable And I have to go pick it up So I try call 4 times and nobody answers the phone So I call customer service and they say my package is out for delivery And while I'm on the phone with them I get a text that says I can pick it up. This company has no idea what any of their drivers are doing.

Went here to return something I had bought off of Amazon. I had showed up exactly at 9 AM as they opened, I had not planned this but I thought “oh that’s perfect”. Nope. I spend 5 minutes waiting at the door, thinking maybe they’re in the back and hadn’t seen me, busy with something, etc. That was not the case. The 2 employees that work there (a man and a woman) had seen me standing there, from their RED SUV parked in front, waited for me to go into my car, then proceeded to open their doors after WAITING for me to leave as if they weren’t supposed to be OPEN ALREADY. So ignorant and unprofessional. I will not be using this location anymore as that’s just extremely rude, to not even say anything and to see me waiting there, complete waste of my time.

Have to agree with everyone- this place has the worst customer service ever and clearly don’t care since, based on my recent (and last) visit, they have fixed nothing in light of these prior reviews.This time they wanted to charge me $3.50 for 10” of tape to attach the return label on my Amazon return box. When I asked how $3.50 could possibly be considered fair, the man working there said “well, we used to charge 50 cents and customers were mad so we figured we might as well raise it. Whaat????Please note this is not an actual legit UPS location, but a privately owned franchise that get a contract from UPS. It would be great if UPS and Amazon could require these stores to provide a minimum level of customer service. I could have had Amazon come to my door and pick up the package but wanted to save them the trouble.

Please do not use this place . Try anything else. Overcharging and Unreliable services is all they provide here ...for a fee....and another fee on top...
