Like other reviews, don't bother dropping off your ups packages here. They will try to charge you for taping a label on a box because they don't want to give you a ups pouch. Go to the ups depot off station street. They take packages between 5 and 7, are polite and don't nickle and dime you

Went to drop a package off and stated he has to charge me to print a label because they're not actually UPS .. they are privately owned. Every place I have ever been to has never asked for this but my biggest issues was he just came off rude.

I would not recommend the services of UPS.first I mailed a package to Barrie and it was delivered to the wrong address and I was promised a refund which never happened..I’m now waiting for a parcel to be delivered from UPS that was sent from Virginia USAAnd they are telling the sender it was delivered last Friday and sent a photo of our door well it’s not our home so god knows where it is and they don’t seem too give a darn either..never go to this company and expect good service it just doesn’t happen with them at least in my experience..

I went into this store and was told by the owner. It will cost 1.25 for a email to be sent to the store and 25 cents to print off the page. After I said. Ok that’s fine and the store recieved 2 emails and 2 pages were printed out. The owner charged me 1.50 for each email and 35 cents for each copy. I was supposed to pay a total of 3 dollars plus taxes. The owner charged me 3.70 plus taxes. Needless to say. I said nothing to him, paid for the service and dropped off two packages for shipment. He and his extremely bad attitude knowingly and willingly overcharged me 70 cents. I myself have been in retail business and own a retail store for over 31 years and know that you never willingly overcharge a customer. First of, it’s immoral, second, short term gain is long term pain. This individual made a extra 70 cents off me but lost a customer that would have been coming into his store at least twice a week for my shipping. Watch your pennies with this individual. I highly recommend going elsewhere for shipping and services.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I've been here twice since 2021 and both times I recieved poor customer service from the same employee. My impression was that the woman didn't really know what she was doing and disliked her job. Just generally unhelpful and rude.

Worst customer service at this location. They have no manners of understanding the situation of a person. I went today at around 2:45pm, there was this guy whom I showed my id, but he refused to give me my parcel because the address was not matching with my parcel address. I recently moved to a new place and I was not having my address proof, this guy he was not ready to agree that I was the same person. I mean atleast understand your customers situation. I was having job and I came in middle of my break for this thing! Atleast have humanity! Worst people ever. There was no option for negative star, otherwise I would surely do that. Worst people specially that man who is working over there, he has no sense to understand the situation was terribly rude. Just close your store.

Worst shipping and customer service, I shipped a parcel to Manitoba, firstly delayed due to weather, after they told truck got accident and when I call for refund ended up with my fault that I didn’t packed well the parcel.Not only I lost my parcel as well as money for sending it.If possible I love to give them negative star, they even not deserve one star.DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES EVER

Terrible customer service. Will never deal with this location nor UPS again. Not sure who was worse, Steve or Lorraine.Was going to drop off a package, was told that “due to it being a Friday, your package is going to sit in the warehouse and get tossed / bumped around. We highly recommend extra packaging.”After handing over a framed picture to Lorraine, I specifically asked her to carry the picture by the wire on the back, and not the top of the frame. Her response was “it’s pretty light”. Needless to say, she carried it by the top of the frame anyway, with no due regard to my request of how to handle the items I was shipping.Decided was going to send it anyway. Sent a parcel to British Columbia for $100 and they wanted $300 to send a very similar sized package to Toronto from Belleville.Their own website states $116.68 for the shipping, but Lorraine quoted me over $300.Nothing but excuses from both.Excuses about it taking awhile to package it as well, as they can be busy all of a sudden. Steve was eating when I dropped the parcel off to be packaged. Couple of hours later I return to ship the parcel, and Steve is sitting down eating still. After being quoted $300 to ship to Toronto, I took the package to Purolator and shipped it for $133.Lorraine mentioned the day before that she “ would’ve charged $44.99 to package that” which was a similar sized box with a total of 4 framed pictures in it.Drop off two pictures to be packaged, and I was charged $69.99.Will deal with Purolator going forward!I’d give zero stars if I could.

Steve, amazing guy, made my life so mich easier.Amazing customer service, I wanted to return 2 car vipers to Amzon but wasn’t sure of packing them. So visited this UPS store to get some ideas. Steve clearly explained how it should be done and how the label should be displayed properly and all. I was about to go back home with that information but Steve went ahead and helped pack thongs properly even though it was not his responsibility, but he did that purely out of his professionalism even though it was a super busy time during the holiday season. Can’t thank enough Steve for his professionalism, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Steve.

Terrible customer service at this location! I waited in line for 1 hour to pick up a package on hold for me at the store. Everyone behind me was served quickly, and when I asked the UPS employee if he would be able to help me first considering I had been waiting in line, he was very rude and said no without an explanation, and continued to serve everyone else who had just walked in. As the only coloured person in the store, this was a very uncomfortable experience and I did not appreciate being ignored and not acknowledged. Another employee was at the back of the office, I asked her if she could help me instead and I picked up my package and left within 2 minutes. Horrible experience and awful customer service.
