“I visited the Millennium Pkwy, My Storage office, on Oct. 22, 2025. I was greeted by a remote Agent. There was no on-site Agent present at that time. I went through the explanation on the monitor, which was very easy to follow. A live Agent came on the monitor, providing excellent, understandable, and knowledgeable guidance. The experience of this remote exercise, went smoothly and was a pleasant experience. The live Agent did not arrive during my on-site visit.
