I had been looking for a used VCR for a few weeks and decided to check out Value Village. The first 2 bought did not work. The 3rd one works great. My advice: Buyer beware. Electronic items may not work. However, this is a great place to pick up some neat items for some crazy low prices.

I love this place. That's where I've gotten most of my wardrobe. Lol

Decent store, iv noticed it’s a bit overpriced lately. Also don’t love the self checkout.

Selection wasn't great, prices are barely below new, managers look miserable, . Nice size for a junk store, but Selection is poor.

The store was a total mess. It was overflowing with merchandise, and the aisles were so narrow, that it made me uncomfortable. This could be that they had a sale on and all the winter items were coming out. Prices were high and getting higher all the time. The best thing about my last visit was that EVELYN FINALLY FIXED the problem I was having at the self check out for months. She took the time with tons of patience to discover what was wrong with my Super Saver Club Card. Evelyn is a wonderful CSR and Value Village in Napanee is luck to have her. She deserves some recognition,

I was disappointed with my recent experience at Value Village. The price they were charging for a used plastic pumpkin was exorbitant at $59.99. Considering the uncertainty of whether it would even light up, it was a major letdown. I find it hard to believe that they receive their items for free through donations and still have the audacity to charge such high prices. Thrift stores are meant to be affordable options for people, but Value Village missed the mark entirely. Even the clothing prices were astonishingly high, with items priced at $18. Overall, my experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend shopping there.

They are clean, nice and organized. Just takes much longer to check out. No fitting rooms and no return policy make it more difficult to shop for the right clothes.

Used to love going here. I buy much less now since they didn't bring back the change rooms after Covid. Telize gets most of my business now. I only buy if I know it fits. I don't like the "buyer can gamble" business model they have and the way returns are done now.

I asked for a price on an item with none and the manager gladys took the product from me pretending not to speak english and that was the end of that

Great selection and friendly staff. However, the prices seem to be increasing again on everything. The last couple of times I've been, I've walked out with nothing. I just can't get over the fact that some of the kids story books and kids chapter books are over $6.00 now per book. Broken toys or toys with missing pieces are being sold at ridiculously high prices and the kids clothing is insanely high. Please be more realistic when pricing your items!

Will forever be extremely overpriced. But I’m giving 4/5 stars for the selection and the lovely customers I meet while shopping!

I like the fact that you can find most things that you need here, for clothing and some small household items. However, the prices of their clothing are ridiculously expensive, this is a store that has everything donated to them and is supposed to be helping people but for just a few small things (one reusable grocery bag full) I spent over $300.

Smelly, dirty, and prices have sky rocketed. You need to tell the people in line in the morning to stop smoking in line, not everyone wants to smell second hand smoke.
