First off, the staff at this location are great.
However, Virgin is absolutely brutal in this area. I’m sitting in the middle of Belleville right now, having to use free wifi because NOTHING EVER LOADS on their trash data network. It’s AWFUL. Successfully making a phone call is a rarity as well.

Would have given 5 stars but…I was at Virgin recently, I wanted to inquire about plans for my phone. Selena was very professional and sweet, very kind, and easy to talk to. she gave me plenty of helpful information. However, I noticed a man with the manager tag (I think his name was Blaire) often leaving in and out of the booth for substantial periods of time while the booth was surrounded by other customers. He did not offer to help her and she was left alone. At one point, he had stood in the booth after returning, and spent time on his phone while customers were waiting for help.This is highly unprofessional, as a manager, you should always be ready to help your staff from becoming overwhelmed.
