Wal-Mart's online ordering is pathetic. Ordered photos for next day pick-up told me they weren't ready. Went back 3 days later and told me they were not available because they have had no paper to print the photo's ..really? Did not even receive an apology. Please do not advertise something if you can't deliver! (see Amazon's technique)
This is the third time I've had issues with online ordering from Wal-Mart, probably why most of my shopping is now done thru Amazon.

I searched the whole store for a shopping basket. There was none to be found anywhere, after checking out all my items I saw all of the baskets were behind customer service and not at the front for customer use💔

Scammers. My girlfriend had ordered a water cooler online for pick up but she didn’t want it anymore. She called customer service twice asking for a cancellation and a refund. They confirmed on both calls that her item will be canceled and that she’d get the money back but after a week they sent an email saying the item has been picked up???
Update: Why would you reply with your customer service number when I already contacted them twice while they promised a refund but never followed through with it? Stop hiring incompetence with heavy accents.

I have bought now 3 18L jugs of water from the Walmart in Bellville and i’m not very happy with them. 2 of them broke from being put down getting water all over my home and the third one I bought had a crack in it before I even got it home. Safe to say i’m never buying them from this Walmart again :/ not to mention they are also very overpriced compared to other places that sell them. Also everytime I go to get them it is this long process because no cashier ever knows what I am talking about.

To Personnel department .... Please have a talk with some of your staff regarding personal hygiene. A girl had to come to my aide at the self check-out yesterday and I thought I might faint from the smell, it was that offensive. I had to stand back about five feet while she fixed it and even after she left the smell hung in the air around the check out station. Easy enough to shower, launder clothing and wear deodorant. Surely the other employees have complained. This isn't a first.

Today I was in the Belleville women’s washroom alone. As I was in front of the dryers after washing my hands a male Walmart employee entered the bathroom. We made eye contact and he stood there waiting for me to be done. He turned to go then stopped and backed his cart out blocking the doorway. I left as quickly as I could as I was feeling very uncomfortable and had to turn my body and squeeze past his cleaning cart. He didn’t call out, he didn’t leave the washroom area as soon as he saw me. He stood and stared! My husband and I decided I should report this since it left me feeling so uneasy. I did report it to a Manager named Angela she listened to what happened and assured me she would deal with it. Angela called me back and told me that she spoke with the male employee and that he was a polite and considerate employee however there was a language barrier. She assured me that it wouldn’t happen again and that he would follow proper protocol before entering any washroom to clean it. I asked her if he admitted to doing it and she said no. It was at that point I asked if she had the opportunity to view security cameras, she said no to that too. It was at this point that I no longer felt believed. I told her my husband and I would never be entering the Belleville Walmart again. My warning is to all females using the washrooms at this Walmart location, go in pairs if at all possible. Maybe two females stating they were feeling unsafe would be heard.

I went to your store today purchased quite a bit of stuff. Thought I’d grab a rotisserie chicken on my way home so I didn’t have to cook. got home, took my salad out started chopping up a little bit of the chicken put it in. I went to go grab some more chicken off the carcass and found I just destroyed my whole meal because the chicken raw. I tried calling your store several times now every time I am put on hold or ignored and unfortunately, my one daughter had eaten some of her part of her salad before I had notice I’m very disappointed and I’m disappointed that Nobodycould answer a phone every time somebody came on. they had put me on hold again, very disappointed if I could do less than one star for your store, I would I’d be -5

Vickie Terry, a dog trainer at the Belleville location, is just the absolute best!! I'm so happy I took my Rottweiler puppy, Rosie, for puppy classes. She made the classes fun, and very informative. She has a wonderful laugh and great sense of humour. If you ask her a question, she listens to you and gives her answer, and why. She does not ignore your queries or even having some fun chitchat. I SO wish I could join the intermediate classes with her, but unfortunately the time of day is not suitable for me. Rosie & I really enjoyed having Vickie as a teacher, and I'll do my best to keep her instructions in mind! Thank you, Vickie.🙂🙂🍁🍁

Most most useless phone number in existence. Call for information on a product and actually believed them.... HAH my bad. But I suppose that's one way to get you in the store for the old bait and switch. No big deal though only a 150 dollar difference in products right?
So ask for help get a lie, and instead of them doing anything to fix it it's just kinda your problem.
Expect nothing from here and you'll still leave disappointed
