My husband purchased a pair of Kodiak work boots on March 6th. We went to do a warranty claim on June 14th as the boots had come apart from the sole at the toe. We weren’t greeted upon entry of the store. We were then told that the staff didn’t want to get in trouble and do the wrong refund/exchange process so we were asked to return on a day when management is in store, despite the warranty clause indicated on the original purchase receipt, which we had. Unfortunately, we don’t live nearby so hopefully their management team will accommodate via phone. We won’t be returning customers at this store and based on other reviews, we aren’t the only ones.

I went in to get new work. Shoes might have been 3. Customers in the store may be 4 employees. I went back to the section of shoes that I needed. I was looking through several pairs. Probably 7 minit's, but in order to do so I had to move a ladder out of the way in order to try them on and sit down on their bench. I had to move. Open boxes.
Of shoes all over the floor.
Nobody come over to help me. Whatsoever, very sad customer service.

Ordered coveralls 2 months ago they called to say they were in i told the lady i would drive up to get them sunday she didnt say they wouldnt be open i will never darken there door again worst place to deal with ever

Came in to see if we could find some nonslip work shoes for my wife, unfortunately we didn’t find one we liked… but the young fella that assisted us was 100% what every employer hopes for ! Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and most importantly, passionate about what he does. Highly recommended this place

I been buying boots from this company for years. Spent thousands of dollars. Last pair of boots I bought gave me bad blisters. They wouldnt exchange them for a different pair cause I wore them once. F u work authority Bellville. Taking my business elsewhere for many years to come! Lost a good customer.
