“Recently purchased a vehicle here and we did our research regarding the vehicle reliability etc.
As any potential customer we also read reviews of Thames Auto.
We had a couple vehicles of interest and test drove both twice.
We dealt with Ken and he was as forthcoming as he could possibility be. We discussed the vehicle itself and also some of the prior reviews submitted.
The sales experience and extended warranty discussions were very simple and transparent.
The vehicle was delivered fully detailed and with the added bonus of new custom sized winter mats thanks to Ken.
As is the case with any used vehicle purchase one hopes for the very best in reliability in ownership.
Ken went well above and beyond to do his best to ensure that the details were looked after for the vehicle and we did purchase the premium Lubrico warranty at a very reasonable price.
To this point we have only had the vehicle for a few weeks and we are very pleased thus far.
Ken makes himself available for any questions or concerns and returned all my calls and messages immediately.
I feel confident moving forward that I can reach out to him and Thames Auto for any future needs.

“I called Dwayne at Wiebe’s Wheels with a different noise coming from my daughter’s car. It was mid morning on a Friday. They asked if I could drop off the vehicle that day and they may get a moment to check it out.
I got a call back within 3 hrs and Dwayne advised me of the first problem that could be resolved on Monday.
After further inspection of the vehicle on Monday it was discovered that there was another repair to be done.
By Tuesday the vehicle was ready to go.

Car was in immaculate shape, both inside and out. Didn’t bring my plates so he even went as far as borrowing his dealer plate so that I could drive home with the car rather than coming back a second time. Highly recommend.”

I have been using Highbury From for all my Warranty Services and I have been Dealing with “Scott”. Scott has been a great Service Advisor and has really made sure I’ve had a great experience. He’s honest, tells me the truth weather I want to hear it or not. He gets back to me I feel quick enough.
I travel to Oakville for work and Sunday night I was leaving for the Week and my “Check Engine Light Shined Bright”. I dropped it off, left the keys and a note. I worry about leaving my Truck cause you never know.
On Monday morning I got my call from Scott saying my truck was checked in and as soon as they had a moment they would check it out. The next day I got called on the problem, was told when it could be fixed, and received the call it’s ready for pick up.
I appreciate Scott for making sure my Truck was taken care of.
