Nice staff at the office but 2 deliveries that are claimed to be complete have not reached me. Something is wrong with the delivery process. Not a porch pirate issue.

Hands down the best customer service in any government/crown company. Super friendly, super helpful, always smiling, helpful and knowledgeable. Canada Post should send staff to this location to get trained and learn how to provide great service

There is a lady named "Geraldine", she is the best, very helpful, and professional!! i went there for a complaint regarding not receiving my parcels and the next day everything was sorted out (actually they were in the parcels compartment on our community box!....nice little post office, great service!
