“I shop at this store every week. Since the Canadian tire store closed in the neighborhood, this store's business has picked up many folds. They also have Reverse Osmosis water fill station. This store has been around for decades. Staff is friendly and very helpful. You can go with questions about different products and the staff will be happy to answer and assist you. I believe they also do price match with competitors like Lowes or Home depot for similar products. Lennox is my go to guy when I have queries for any product and he exactly know where all the products are placed and he is very knowledgeable. Most of the times, he is looking out for customers and comes over asking the customers if he can be of any help. To me that's a top notch customer service. This kind of service is rare if we were to go to a box store.”

“My husband and I were at Home Depot today and was looking for the floor glider attachment for our bedroom closet door. We found the one we were looking for but someone had opened the package and removed the bar code. We looked all over to see if we could find another package to no avail. As we were getting ready to leave that Isle we stopped and asked Antonio if he could look up what the bar code could be as this is the attachment we preferred. This was not Antonio's department but he tried looking up the information we needed. He spent a good 20 minutes trying to find this information with no success. Thank you Antonio for all of your help it was appreciated.”

“The first time my parents ever let me leave the house on my own was with my older friend of a couple years Rory who lived next door back in around 1990 or so I was about 10. I was so excited when my mom agreed to let me go with him. We went for a walk a couple miles to Westcliff mall and into Home Hardware where we each had 10 dollars or so to spend given by our parents. Rory suggested we should buy our each of our parents a gift with the money we had been given. I think I bought some sort of a toolbox for my dad here or something. Every time I go to Westcliff, im so glad to see this place is still here as so many other places have come and gone. Like the fish and chips place and the video rental stores. Rest in Peace Rory”

“This review isn’t for the store, it’s for their silver-haired plumber-knowledge-god of an employee Alex. That guy is a true gem whose knowledge prevented my family from connecting the fan they were installing in my bathroom ceiling to my sewage exhaust pipe. I did not know what my family were doing, because who asks family for a résumé when they offer to install things at your house for free? But Alex knew exactly what they were about to do just because I went up to him and asked him where to find a particular part that he knew right away should have nothing to do with a bathroom fan installation. I’ve been back to the store several times now to pick up various parts, and I’ve run into Alex again and he keeps helping me find things in that enormous warehouse of a store. That guy deserves a massive raise. THANK YOU Alex.”
