Grand River Home Hardware is a wonderful store with many aisles to browse. It is a large store that has just about anything needed to fix or embellish a home. The service is excellent, with very helpful and friendly staff providing good old-fashioned customer service. The store is very organized, with aisles accessible for people using wheelchairs or scooters. They have frequent sales and offer a better experience compared to bigger box stores. This Canadian store creates good memories and keeps customers coming back.

Service at its best! The staff all know the store like the back of their hand - the staff go out of their way to ask you if you need help - it’s a great example of solid customer service! We always try to go here before anywhere else - it’s that good

Great customer service they are always very friendly and extremely helpful. Also staff are very knowledgeable about products and projects! Exciting changes in store... looking amazing can't wait to see the finished product!
