I went in this store it is amazing they had 2 cats right inside the store I controlled myself and didn't chase them. The dog treats were on sale 25% off until December 18th. I showed my owner what I wanted . The cookies were amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful here

Some of the regular staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with. I was unfortunate to deal with the manager, Laurie, and was met with one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I feel bad for the regular staff if the person leading their team is so inept at her job, she makes a monkey with glasses look like Steve Jobs.
Save yourself the trouble, got to Ren’s or literally anywhere else.

I absolutely adore this pet store, especially this particular location. It's amazing how they allow the cats to roam freely sometimes, to ensure they're comfortable and fearless when they find their forever homes.
