Steven is a hugely knowledgeable asset to this organization. He is smart about the product, he is compassionate with the clients and gives off a lovely calm vibe that gives me confidence. The other staff are awesome. Steven just stands out as an excellent representative of Higher Limits.

I’ve been patronizing this shop since it opened and have had excellent experiences except for today. I went in with my dog as per usual and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude, making us feel unwanted and saying I need to control my dog. No other customers were in the store and nobody complained. She made an issue out of nothing cause she was having a bad day. We will never be back!!

Just got back home from Higher Limits Cannabis retail store Blenheim(see photos/vid). Damon and Kat the customer service reps were knowledgeable, professional and recommended an indica called Kush Cookies..for a fin your deffinately going to be in the couch. It was a great recommend and my family deffinately trust Higher Limits Blenheim. A local independently own business that provides quality medicine and paraphernalia that inhances your medicine consumption. Are you in pain after work. Stressful day. The drive home almost became the movie 'falling down'. Come down to Higher Limits. They have what you need. In this store..cleanliness is job number one. Beautifully organized store you won't regret visiting. Luv Malcom?? Stay strong Blenheim.

I bought a bong from Higher Limits on a Friday a brought it back 6 days later and they would not refund my money or give me a new 40 dollar bong, so needless to say there customer service for returning faulty merchandise, so I spent around 450 a month with them until this happen.If you’re going to be in Business you should have good customer service when customers come in to return faulty items you sell.Instead I got nothing but a run around.CUSTOMER BEWARE HIGHER LIMITS BLENHEIM IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BUY PARPHENALIA AS THEY WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY IF IT FAULTY.There are other places to buy in Blenheim that will work with you.

Updated review: taking 1/2 the stars back. Closed because of bad weather on a business day, closed 4pm Saturday, not open again until Tuesday. Stores haven't closed on Boxing Day for years, get with the times. This business sells regulated and controlled product. Customer interests should be #1 priority, not time off.Not only the best prices, but best selection of product and accessories. Save yourself the headache of deciding which new dispo to shop and beeline to Higher Limits. You'll thank yourself before leaving the shop ...
