Customers have praised the great service and friendly staff at Bruno's. One traveler with an RV had a power steering line failure and was allowed to stay on the property overnight until a new line could be made the next day. Another customer, on a fishing trip, had badly needed brake repairs and was fitted in despite the busy schedule, allowing them to safely return home to Michigan. The owners have also been commended for their kind spirit, going the extra mile to assist customers, such as checking and tightening lug nuts free of charge and contacting another shop to ensure further inspection.
