“First time ever having to request a tow. CAA dispatched IB Towing. The driver Doug was simply amazing. Polite, professional, experienced and very friendly. And a nice looking flatbed truck too. They are lucky to have such a terrific employee. It was a stressful day and Doug sure helped us feel much better knowing he was taking care of us and our truck. Thank you very much.
