Let's start by saying, Tammy is a trip! This place is so unconventional, chaotic and creative. We loved chatting with Tammy and listening to her passion for creativity and lack of rules. We loved just being able to wander, laugh and open random drawers.
Literally everything is for sale. No one lives there it is just one big property of things to buy not so randomly placed throughout. I seriously expected for the toilet paper holder to be hanging from the ceiling....as there was artwork in the showers.
There is a lot to look at and wonder about in this place and we are certain many people will find that "piece" they wanted for a spot in their home.
We spent 2 hours enjoying the lack of organization and random "huh?" Pieces. We truly enjoyed being able to roam freely, trusted from one human to another and just be.
You won't be disappointed...

Wowzers!!! What an amazing place! My husband and I found ourselves visiting handwork’s, where we met Tammy and spent an afternoon of laughter, story sharing, education and overall acceptance. All this, and a healthy dose of LOVE, respect and community building. Tammy’s spot is the epitome of Life in the County! She has amazing finds, one of a kind, antique and historian items, that will bring you back in time when life was gentler, trusting and supportive, just like Tammy. A wonderful hardworking woman runs this place. 7 individual buildings that are decorated to the nines with antiques and treasures she has found over 30 years. She accepts all kinds of payment and also encourages people to explore and stay the night. Definitely recommend to meet Tammy and enjoy the discovery of such amazing work and art.

We find a treasure every time we come here. This time, it was a well-made cast iron pan that's perfect for our induction cooktop. Last time, it was a pretty wicker basket that caught my daughter's eye. The prices are good and Tammy is very helpful.

There were several signs that indicated "open" (open sign on the entrance door), but as I approached the owner refused anybody in the house. She was self-righteously still following Covid hysteria by keeping customer out! She indicated that everything in the house has to be viewed online. She further added that she would never allow indoor shopping again due to covid, but mentioned she had guests staying at her house! She also runs a B&B ......like DAH....how contradictory is that!? I Will not support hypocritical businesses prone to mass hysteria.

My friend and I stopped by to check the place out, little did we know about the beautiful home that we could rent the rooms. Each room is uniquely decorated, detailed in every corner, which draws you in. While stepping in, we were greeted by a lovely soul, Tammy Love. Our conversation with her was indeed an unforgetabble one. She is truly an inspiring person, talented, and a wonderful host. Thank you Tammy, for giving us this wonderful experience.

Met Tammy, what a kind soul. Her store is based on an e-transfer honour system: it’s open 24/7 and you pick up what you want and e-transfer her on your own time. she says she’s doing that to help restore some of the trust that was lost during Covid times.

My favourite Bloomfield stop. Incredible selection of pottery and antiques. Great spot to find wedding or personal gifts. Tammy is also extremely knowledgeable and can tell you about any of the artists’ pieces that are available for sale. The little glass houses now are so beautiful and unique. Can’t wait to visit again.
