To make a long story short I was not provided with the key to open the larger parcel compartment in my community box on Friday, notified them immediately (around noon) and still nothing was rectified during business hours on Friday and now Saturday. Very disappointing.

Bobcaygen man that works there very rude lost and delivered my parcel to wring address 3 times now , very frustrating lose of merchandise

Some staff r very rude and wow u try to ask questions abt postal delivery and good luck if u get help,just a sour face. When I see the crusty staff I walk out. Only one staff member shows me any kindness and always greets with a smile. I apologize that I do not know her name.
