To make a long story short I was not provided with the key to open the larger parcel compartment in my community box on Friday, notified them immediately (around noon) and still nothing was rectified during business hours on Friday and now Saturday. Very disappointing.

Some staff r very rude and wow u try to ask questions abt postal delivery and good luck if u get help,just a sour face. When I see the crusty staff I walk out. Only one staff member shows me any kindness and always greets with a smile. I apologize that I do not know her name.

Great staff (will help you with screens when you leave your glasses in the car!). Only complaint is with Canada Post's package rates, but that's not the fault of anybody here... on the other hand, see how far you get if you ask anybody else to deliver a package across the country for less than 20 bucks.

I use this post office several times a month. The staff are kind, friendly and courteous. I have had excellent dealings with Kelly specifically she’s amazing to deal with, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
