The teller Rita who help me with fraud case is not helpful , tell me will call me back but never! I always has to go to bank in-person to get update information! Ask me to go to police station fill the report but did not give me any documents, so after i went to police office, i have to come to bmo bank again to get documents .She drive me back and forth, did not tell me any extra information. It is joining account after this fraud thing happened, she did not tell us should change both debit card. (She only change debit card for one person) after first time bmo decide not to give us money back. This teller did not tell us we could escalate higher level. We got those information from other tellers. very unhappy with Rita service!

Zero attention by tellers, the continued doing their own thing while I waited rather than helping me. 15 minutes waiting time when there is literally no line up in the branch. Sad :(

Really bad costumer service....... they let me wait for no reason for one hour and after they finally realized that they were wrong they said they apologize but the wait was for my security even though I showed them everything they needed..... excuses excuses they don't even try to admit they are wrong.... who runs this place should know that costumers keep this place open so cra are there to serve costumers not to waste their time ....

Horrible horrible service. BMO! If you have promotions then don't make it difficult for the client to bank with you after sign up. All I needed was a replacement card.

Very bad customer service, never ever had any people answer the phone or call you back. booked a appointment online with this branch and when I got there, it’s closed! And nobody contact me to cancel the appointment!

Weekday morning and a line-up with 3 people ahead of me and I had to wait almost half an hour. This place is both understaffed and the staff is inadequately trained to problem solve in a timely manner.

Have been a customer of this branch for years. The last few years it seems they are consistently understaffed....or they send 5 bankers on lunch together and leave a line of people. Management?!

We recently went into the branch to conduct some business and while doing so the teller (Marisa?) was very helpful. She saw that we could save $6.95 a month if we made a change to our banking plan. These days every penny counts! Thank you for great customer service.
