“I have had several different high-end hi-fi audio components like amplifiers and pre-amplifiers repaired by Rick and the Ontario A&V team over the past 10 years, and I could write a novel about how great an outfit this is. Not only is Rick personally invested in ensuring that your equipment is repaired with quality parts, he also recommends minor upgrades to that are above spec to ensure longevity and improved performance. Rick is personable, kind, and takes the time to ensure you have all the info you need to make informed decisions. While it's true that some repairs can take longer than he estimates -- and this has happened to me in the past -- Rick does everything he can to ensure speedy service and to return your unit as quickly as possible. “Good morning I dealt with aarons before when they were on eglinton ave west but they closed that one, I wanted to get a new dryer not knowing about the etobicoke store but I decided to call them. The first lady I spoke to helped me along the way she was so nice to me about a week after I called back I spoke to a young man he was just as nice and patient with me then I spoke to another lady who was awesome with me. She went above and beyond to help me she spoke so nice that I felt calm she guided me along the way, never much me to have an account with them in the end I took the dryer from then. I got it in two days time the two men who delivered it , they came in they were also nice to me and my husband they have a lot of respect ? for us ,please let your staff know how awesome and more awesome they are ,I dealt with five staff members in all no complaints will deal with them again, if I can give more stars I will ,I know my review is long but it is worth it. Please keep up the good work your staff is doing and thank God i am able to get my appliance from aarons etobicoke ,I will be dealing with them again and again thank God for you'll God bless ? ?.”

“DC computers really saved us. We had a problem with our accounting program at work, as we came up to our year end. Files were corrupted and there were problems having them saved on the cloud, so we couldn’t open or access any of our accounting. Adrien spent over 4 hours on the phone with Sage fixing the problems and saving us. He was able to talk direct to their service department and navigate through all the issues easily. Adrien was very clear in his communication and kept us informed so as to know what was going on. Highly recommend DC Computers. They are our only place to purchase any and all things computers, as well as all the tech and service involved as well.”
