This store does not accept passports or any other forms of ID if you are not born in Canada. Be aware. My 29 year old daughter was told she had a fake ID in front of everyone. She had a UK visa and a health card they did not acknowledge this as proof of age. How disgraceful. Shame on all of you. Stay away from this store they discriminate against young women.

Super clean. Well stocked. Staff are so diligent and helpful. One bottle fell out of my cart today...no stress. They said that's life. Amen. So nice to deal with normal and helpful staff. Great selection. Superb displays. Love this store

Had a wonderful experience at LCBO, Maria was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I know very little about wine and she was able to help me pick 3 perfect bottles of wine for gifts for my friends who are wine connoisseurs.

Great place, always find what I'm looking for. The customer service is exceptional, especially with Patricia, Antonella and Anna. Love these ladies, they are always so helpful, wonderful and welcoming. I always look forward to see them

I got the beer I wanted. Hard not to review an LCBO as five stars. You walk in, you buy what you want. So everything was good, but Google, smarten up.
