I had an amazing experience at Princess Auto thanks to Parveet, the manager. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, and her knowledge about the products was impressive. Parveet was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I left the store satisfied. It’s not every day you come across such excellent customer service. the lack of communication with the customer is actually crazy. lady with long back hair giving everyone nasty looks while she’s on the phone and not even telling anyone that the debit machine is down. only acknowledging the people that take cash. doesn’t help that finding an employee is like finding a needle in a hay stack. we stood in line for 15 mins hoping they would let us know that the machines are down but it instead didn’t say a word. had to drive to barrie.

trash store and the store cashiers are special. Power tripping and dont know how to do there job. This location had special rules that other locations dont have. Wouldn't go to this location its messy and stupid in general.

I was looking for a trailer axel and the costumer service by parveti helped me find everything i needed, not only what i was looking for but she helped me to fill my cart. Great costumer service.

Staff here is always helpful. I had trouble removing a fitting from a pressure washer hose at home. So I brought it into the store and Tony helped me remove it and find the correct attachment. Thanks again Tony!

Friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and experienced staff. A large variety of merchandise, and a huge inventory. My favorite store of all is Princess Auto. The manager and staff were very helpful and diligent with my online order. It's great to see that customer service is still first priority of this location.
