I recently visited this branch, and I have to say, the experience was beyond disappointing. No matter what time of day you go, you're greeted with a ridiculously long line of 10+ people, while only two workers seem to be manning the desk. It's absurd! Despite clearly seeing customers waiting for over 20 minutes, there's no effort to increase staffing levels or expedite the process. And to top it off, the staff were not only unaccommodating but outright rude. It's a shame that such poor service is tolerated. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this branch at all costs.

I find this a very capable RBC branch with capable staff who are willing to spend the time it takes to work with customers, but also have good capability for quick electronic banking if speed is needed...and it is clean and has security.The biggest issue is that management does not staff the branch with enough people. There is always a line for inperson transactions even if you just need to withdraw more than the ATM allows you to. They need to support the customers better by having more staff to give their capable service!

For some reason this place only ever has 2/7 tellers working while people line up out the door… make it make sense.

My favorite thing that this branch did for me was provide the O.P.P with a picture of me entering their bank for an investigation that happened at a golf club in Orangeville. It was a real treat having my picture circulated on the web accusing me being a person of interest in something i had nothing to do with. But why would they use a surveillance snapshot of you entering a bank in bolton for an incident that happened in Orangeville you might ask? I asked myself the same thing, in fact i asked the bank manager this question and also told her that she has a rogue employee tampering with the surveillance eqquipment, and in response she very eloquently told me its not her problem, good stuff guys! Keep up the good work?

We have 12 ppl in the line while 2 at the counter. Worst experience ever from a bank. We have soo many people looking for employment and you can’t find someone the help during busy hours.

Absolutely terrible.they will stand around and do nothing while they sit and watch you wait in line for 30 mins. Nobody has a clue what they are doing. If I could rate zero I would.

Horrible customer service, very condescending and God forbid you try to start a conversation of the baby puke green Corvette parked out front, staff won't even acknowledge the question. If you have zero self respect for yourself well this is the perfect place for you but I'm taking my business elsewhere

This place doesn't care about customer service..they'll have 10 people walking around doing nothing while 2 people sit to help customers. If there is 5 people in like your looking about half hour wait. Also they mostly have trainees so very slow and usually need to ask for help which is another wait. People have been complaining for Years yet nothing changes

It’s almost 1.5months my credit card is not coming. They are not giving proper status of my card and when i call cassandra she never pick calls. I called multiple times. Worst customer service????

Horrible customer service , line ups to the door and the staff are chatting away with customers with no sense of urgency!Extremely rude as others time not valuable.been banking there for years and means nothing to them as a branch or an institutiononly interested if they can sell you a product and meet their quotastaking my business elsewhere as loyalty reaps no benefit

Their representatives do not call when you have a scheduled telephone appointment for them, and there's no way to contact them. They must contact you. I've had to call the main line and have been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone to find out why the rep didn't call me at our scheduled appointment time. Totally unprofessional.
