Redberry Homes is an amazing builder with decent quality of construction and thoughtfully designed, well-built homes. The buying process was smooth. Service is pretty mixed; one site individual was not helpful, while the Project Director, customer service, staff, and team were nice, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. They provided good communication and addressed issues promptly, making the home a perfect fit. Overall, many are happy and would recommend them.

Quality of construction is decent. Service is pretty mixed. From PDI till closing the guy Gary at the site was not helpful at all. Whenever I told him about any issue he never gave me a solution to that. However their Project Director has been nice and helped us solve the issue.
