There are never enough cashiers. People are expected to go through self check out. Employees are standing around at customer service chatting to each other while customers stand in lines waiting.

Overall has good products & choices, I bought a plant and noticed when I had arrived home that the plant was dead with no hopes of saving. They should not be selling any plants that are dead. I went back to return the plant, was not able to get a refund. Not happy with my experience
