Now cant transfer money from one account to another. Have to do it by email so they get.their $$$

I withdrew my RRSP last year and they did not document it as part of the First Time Home Buyers Plan despite me telling them that's what I was using it for. I now owe 2000 on income taxes. They also never answer their phones.

Great place to bank, just wish their hours were longer. They were open Saturdays but that was discontinued.
