About Shell
Shell is a service station in Bowmanville offering a variety of fuel products and electric vehicle charging. It features a shop, car wash, and washrooms noted as very clean. The staff are described as very kind, courteous, and polite. For EV charging, there are multiple fast-charging points, though the process requires downloading the Shell Recharge app and registering beforehand, which can be inconvenient for one-time users. The chargers themselves work well and provide a super fast recharge when operational.

Both shell stations in town suck now since the recent pump screen/debit up grades. Takes twice as long to start pumping your gas now, longer to scan cards and no we dont need to watch TV when pumping gas.

Coffee was disgusting.. tasted like dead rat (not that I've tasted one, but based on the smell). Never again.

A bit of fuss getting the app working - you MUST USE THE SHELL APP - but fine after that. Only charging at 43kw at 75% but that’s typical for my car.
