I hate this location in town. Employees, there are never near the register and leave you hanging by the pumps to press the button. You asked for a product and the gentleman doesn’t even know how to ring it through or Dan understand how to communicate because his language was so poor. I’m not racist, but come on at least hire somebody that can understand and know how to use it till and speak English The point of understanding. Prepaid services only per specific times of the day because of theft? Extremely generalization and discriminatory. Employees randomly shut down a lot of machines so they don’t have to ring people through for it. I don’t think I’ve had a good experience at this location. Not to mention come on charging 20 bucks for a couple of Chocolate bars…. Shameful

Very friendly and good customer service. Coffee is easily better than Tim Hortons (which always has the long line), if you get the flavor shot.

During the Covid pandemic it would be wise for those who are at risk or in contact with those at risk from complications to avoid the Wellington St Circle K location. Staff and customers ignore face mask and social distancing and in one case the staff were abusive towards a customer wearing a mask.

Staff at the store try to get to know their customers and make sure to always have what the regulars and people need in stock. They carry a wide selection on the Polar Pop and Froster machines,24/7 service and even stay open during power outages as long as it's still daylight out.During the pandemic they had free masks at the door, but have since ran out,and are trying their best to keep the store clean and be as cheerful as possible in this situation.
