Mastertech has provided our auto servicing since the days of Norm then John and Christine. We are very satisfied with the service provided now by Jeff and crew. We really like the practice of showing the parts that were replaced and the explanation that is provided for work done. Even though we have not had major work done on our vehicle - I am confident in the service I will get in the future and recommend Mastertech to others.Services: Oil change

These guys have fixed several things ony Mazda 3 sport and everything they have done has been perfect. I originally went to them when I drove 1000+ kms to get to Muskoka to see family and broke a motor mount on the way and they fit me in even as a new customer that same day. Since that day I have not had any other garage fix my car. I wpuld rather drive the 1000kms each way to have these guys fix it or if possible just wait until next time I'm coming down to Bracebridge to get it fixed. All of the mechanics are super nice and very helpful and they seem to really care about their customers and helping get your car fixed. Best place I have ever been to by far.

Totally disappointed in the replacement of the engine on my Honda Civic! I've had nothing but problems since I picked it up. The engine has overheated several times, causing nothing but frustration. I would not recommend using this business for any kind of work to be done on your vehicle. Due to the fact that you didn't check the radiator for leaks, my Head Gasket is toast.........your rating is 0!! Not only that, but you let me drive away with a bad front wheel bearing which could've caused a major accident!!!!!!! You're a no good for nothing so called Mechanic!!Service: Engine repair
