Rexall

Pharmacies
Hours: Rexall in Bracebridge is a well-regarded pharmacy and post office, praised for its excellent service. Customers appreciate the staff, especially Leo, for their timely and patient responses to questions. They are known for their kindness and willingness to research answers if needed. The post office team is also highlighted for their professionalism and helpfulness in resolving tricky situations, such as package retrieval. One customer shared a positive experience where a staff member went above and beyond to ensure an important document was safely delivered, preventing a long detour. Although the location can be busy, the staff works hard to manage the flow of prescriptions, COVID/flu shots, and consultations, making it a reliable choice for the community. Overall, Rexall is recognized for its commitment to customer care and efficient service.
