Wow! All I can say is, complete incompetence from this branch! I would NOT suggest anyone to move accounts here! I was treated like garbage today and I forged my complaint to head office and they are investigating the matter and were very apologetic. I would assume I will not be getting an apology from the people I dealt with today for their mess up.

They have some sort of service issue every single time I try to bank here. Do not make this your home location if you’re moving in from the city 😅

As a Scotiabank customer for nearly 43 years and a retired Scotiabank Employee, the lack of customer service I experienced today by the staff at this branch was a real eye opener. When the teller could/would not help me out to unravel some banking red tape, I requested to speak with the manager, I was told the Manager would not assist me. Unacceptable customer service. I was going to move my accounts domiciled at our previous town over to this branch but not now. Escalated my complaint to Scotiabank Head office.

Horrible experience with this scotiabank. Worst costumer service ever. She was rude, rolled her eyes at me, and told me she didn’t care about helping me with the issue I had. Never banking with them again.

Need to update their website when they are open or not. Really annoying when you work a 7:30-5 job and have to take time off work to cash a pay check and put money on you Visa just to find out they are closed. Really unimpressed.

I will have to say if you get their dedicated reps that work behind the scenes the service is amazing. Was recently there to deal with some mortgage items Sarah Keast - Senior Financial Advisor was amazing, really looking out for our families best interests and took very good care of us. Highly recommend this branch for all your mortgage needs. To be honest I'm very hard to please and don't typically give these types of reviews unless the WOW factor was given. Kudos to this branch and their service level.

I was told by the bank teller I was rude as I could not use the bank machine as they hold cheques for 5 days and I needed the money that day. Take your hold off your machine and I would NEVER use your teller again. There's an idea. Very disrespectful.

Been at this bank for many years, but the quality of service and head managements lack of basic ethics has caused me to make the choice to move!
Time for corporate headquarters to do a house cleaning of this site!
