BMS Karate provides a safe, family friendly dojo atmosphere to learn self-defence, stay in shape and get on the path to Black Belt. We are open 6 days a week and hold programs for ages 3+. Children and Adult classes begin at White belt level and teach you the fundamentals of Traditional Shotokan Karate training.
